 LaTasha, better known as Tasha, has been a Realtor for over 15 years! She specializes in providing an experience where clients can learn and become empowered throughout the homebuying or selling process. She is patient with her clients and can adjust to their needs, whether they are super independent or require a tremendous amount of hand-holding. She makes sure to give them what they want! The greatest benefit that Tasha finds from being in real estate are the relationships that develop. It starts as client-agent, and ends up practically family! She considers it a great honor to be an ALC member, and is excited to have a voice for and contribute to all agents, regardless of experience or production level. She believes all agents in the market center are equally important! An interesting fact that Tasha would like to share is that it is not unusual to catch her “shimmying,” or starting a dance party around the market center, to bring good energy or make someone smile! We are proud to have Tasha on our ALC! 

Melissa has been a Realtor for over 9 years! She is a Listing and Buyer specialist. What Melissa enjoys most about real estate is meeting new people and helping them with one of the largest purchases/investments of their lives. As an ALC member, she enjoys helping new agents get started in the real estate business. When she is not in the office, Melissa is a competitive runner and cyclist, and she races for Team USA in the Age Group Duathlon World Championships! We are proud to have Melissa on our ALC! 

Nikki has over 11 years combined experience as a Realtor, real estate investor, and now property manager. Nikki has been a top-producing sales agent in the market center and has served on the ALC for the 3rd consecutive year. She takes great pride in helping her clients make sound financial decisions based on statistics, her knowledge of the local market, and her personal experience as an investor. Nikki uses her degree in marketing and communications from American University and 20 years of experience in corporate, entertainment, and non-profit marketing to make her listings stand out and sell fast. Her strengths are communication, relationship building, negotiation, and foundational skills.

When Nikki is not serving her clients, you’ll find her with her husband, Dave, and two boys, Tommy (16) and Chase (11). She is an avid volunteer at community organizations she holds dear to her heart. 

Anthony has been a Realtor for over 19 years! He specializes in residential luxury home sales, and is licensed in MD, DC, and VA! As a Realtor, he really enjoys making people’s homeownership dreams become a reality, as well as meeting a lot of wonderful people! As a member of ALC, Anthony most looks forward to being a voice of the agents in the office to make a change. An interesting fact about Anthony is that, when he makes his mind up about something, he does it and does not take no for an answer! He is also a single dad of 2 incredible daughters that are his everything! We are proud to have Anthony on our ALC! 

 Scott has been a realtor for 5 years after spending 6 years as a Mortgage Loan Officer specializing in VA loans. As a realtor, he focuses on educating his clients so they fully understand the process and are well-informed buyers and sellers when entering the market. As a member of the ALC, Scott aims to bring new perspectives to the market center to cultivate out-of-the-box thinking. Outside of Real Estate, Scott spends his time raising his daughter Tenleigh, an open heart surgery survivor at only 9 weeks old, and investing in the local real estate market.  

 Kimberley has been a Realtor for over 6 years! She specializes in selling homes that did not sell the first time around. As a Realtor, she loves helping families reach their goals and connecting people to resources, and views it as an extremely rewarding profession! Kimberley loves being an ALC member as it supports her personal endeavors, in that it allows her to serve her colleagues and her community. An interesting fact about Kimberley is that she was a featured speaker at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government in the early 2000’s! We are proud to have Kimberley on our ALC!
